  1. Fill a large stockpot with enough water to cover all of the ingredients along with the Zatarans seasonings and all of the fresh vegetable seasonings. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and corn and boil for another 20 minutes. Add smoked sausage and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add crab legs and simmer for another 10 minutes until the meat is tender.
  4. Add shrimp and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  5. Place lid on pot and let rest for 5 minutes
  6. Drain off the water and pour the contents onto a table covered with newspaper.
  7. Grab a paper plate, plenty of napkins and several bowls for de-shelling.
  8. Serve with garden salad, fresh bread, butter for dipping and cocktail sauce,
