Put a 1/2 cup of water in a large pot on medium heat and put a tablespoon of oil in a skillet on medium heat.
Chop vegetables and sauté in skillet until translucent.
Add sautéed vegetables to the pot of water.
Add 3 cans of diced tomatoes.
Put the bag of frozen okra in the sautéing skillet and toss around to release the slim of the okra.
Add the okra to the vegetables and tomatoes in the large pot .
Sauté the smoked sausage in the skillet and add to the ingredients cooking in the large pot.
Sauté the shrimp in the skillet and add to the ingredients cooking in the large pot.
Add the 2 cans of rotel hot diced tomatoes with habaneros along with the 1 can of rotel Diced Original Tomatoes & Green Chilies to the large pot of ingredients cooking.
Add dried seasons to taste and let the pot simmer on low heat for 3o minutes.
Prepare the rice per instructions on the bag.
Served over steamed rice.
